Refunds • Refunds are only issued for eligible returned items or in cases where you receive a wrong or damaged product. • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the same payment method used at purchase. Exchanges • If you received a wrong or defective product, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos as proof.
